|

| SIM information
|
The SIM is a prepaid SIM, the customer's account will be charged monthly (enough for the number of months that the customer initially registered at Hoang Hai). In case the SIM incurs call charges, the network will deduct directly from the account.
When your account runs out of balance, you will need to pay the amount that the network operator sends a notice at the beginning of the month.

SMS Function
|

|

| Payment/ Renewal of Fee |
•At the beginning of the month, the network operator will send the payment bill via SMS and Mail, including the Smartpit code for payment at Combini.
•Closing time is from 1st to 6th. After 7th, the network will be cut off. If you close the connection, the network will be restored. If you leave it for too long, it will be canceled and you will owe the network.
• Note: In case of reopening the sim after suspending the service for about 3 days (not including Saturday, Sunday, and red calendar).

• After purchasing the SIM, you need to send a message to Hoang Hai Connect's Facebook page for activation instructions.
•Guest networks are not affected. Both can be logged in.
•Each card can only register 1 sim of each type (Can register all types of Hoang Hai calling sims).
•A registered SIM card of the same type at Hoang Hai can only be re-registered after 3 months if it has been previously cancelled.
•When not in use, you must notify in advance to cancel for free or you will be in debt to the network.
•There will be no account ID to log in to the application network. If you want an account ID, you need to register directly to the home network.
