Warranty policy for JBL brand products at Hoang Hai Mobile (applicable to speakers and headphones)

1. Warranty period

• 12-month warranty for all JBL brand products (speakers and headphones).

2. Warranty method

• Hoang Hai Mobile will send the product to JBL for direct warranty.
• Warranty only covers defects determined to be due to the manufacturer.

3. Free warranty conditions at Hoang Hai Mobile

  • Products must be purchased at Hoang Hai Mobile, your information such as full name, date of purchase, facebook link or phone number has been saved in the system for confirmation during warranty.
  • The warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase recorded in the system.
  • Free warranty only for machine and internal component damage determined to be due to manufacturer's fault.
  • Warranty only replaces new components, does not exchange with another speaker or headset.

4. Cases not covered by free warranty at Hoang Hai

  • The product's exterior is not warranted for scratches or cracks, except in the case of technical errors notified by the manufacturer.
  • No warranty covers indirect consequences of improper use or effects of natural disasters, fire, flood, accident or intentional damage.
  • No warranty for products repaired by customers themselves.
  • No warranty for errors due to subjective perception such as bad sound, unclear sound, bad product color...

5. Warranty processing time

• Normal warranty period: 1 - 2 weeks, depending on JBL's process.
• If it takes more than 2 weeks, Hoang Hai Mobile commits to exchange for a new product of equivalent value to ensure customer rights.
