SIM activation conditions	• Requires a personal Gai card. • Expiration date is at least 1 day.
2-month package	• Total payment: 4,900 yen (including December 1, 2026 fee). • Activation and SIM card fee: Free.
Monthly fee - Additional charges	• Maintenance fee: 3,980 yen/month • Unlimited calling function • No additional costs. • Note: Special numbers (0570, 050, 104,…) or service switchboards will be charged separately according to the network operator's regulations. • Cancel SIM: - Free cancellation. - Failure to notify cancellation will result in network debt.
Data Capacity	• 50GB high speed per month. • After 50GB, speed drops to 128kbps, basic usage is still possible.
SMS Function	• SIM receives SMS messages, convenient for confirming OTP codes or information from the network operator. (Some specialized APPs may not be able to register, for example Merukari, Paypay,...)
Device Compatibility	• SIM can be used on international devices, not locked to AU network.
SIM card	• SIM card reissue fee: 3,300 yen (not including shipping fee). • Re-issuance time: 14 working days.
SIM Configuration	• AU calling SIM needs to be configured to activate 4G. • See detailed instructions here .
Payment of Fees	• Pay at FamilyMart or Lawson using the code Smarphit. • Transaction fee: 176¥. • The Smarthit code is provided upon receiving the SIM.
Payment date	• Payment deadline: From the 18th to the 23rd of each month to maintain service for the following month. • Payment regulations: - Day 24: Service suspension if not paid. • Note: In case of re-activating the SIM after suspending the service for about 3 days (not including Saturday, Sunday, and red calendar days) - Day 26: Permanent network lock if no payment. • Note: If you no longer use the SIM, you need to notify us in advance to use it up for the entire paid month.

SIM contract	• No penalty for breaking the contract Pay monthly fee, last day of the month still not paid, contract automatically canceled • If you no longer use the SIM, you need to notify us in advance to use it up until the end of the paid month. • Customers who have canceled their Hoang Hai calling SIM card without prior notice will no longer be able to register. • For customers who have canceled their Hoang Hai calling SIM card, with prior notice, they will be able to re-register after 3 months from the month of cancellation.
