Phone warranty policy
1. Trial policy
• Applicable to used products:
- You can try it for free for 7 days.
- If not satisfied, can return and get 100% refund.
- Note: You pay the shipping fee yourself.
2. Warranty period
• 18-month warranty for iPhone, iPad, Airpods, Apple Watch, Samsung, Xiaomi, Oppo
• 12-month warranty for Macbook
• 1-for-1 exchange policy within the first 7 days of use if it is a manufacturer defect (confirmed by Apple)
3. Warranty method
• Hoang Hai Mobile will bring the device for warranty directly to Apple Store Japan. • Only applies to manufacturer defects and confirmed by Apple.
4. Free warranty conditions at Hoang Hai Mobile
- Products purchased from Hoang Hai Mobile company and are still under warranty.
- Product must be intact and not have been repaired by any other place other than Apple Store.
- In case of manufacturer error but not eligible for 1-for-1 exchange, the device will be repaired and replaced with genuine components from Apple: Home button (fingerprint sensor button), Volume Button (Volume control key), iSight camera (front and rear camera), Receiver (internal speaker, headphone speaker), Vibe Motor (Vibrator), Speaker (Outside Speaker), Battery (Battery)...
- Apply Apple's price support policy in case you want to exchange for a new one because Apple does not accept the warranty.
5. Cases not covered by free warranty at Hoang Hai Mobile
- The device is no longer intact, determined to have been opened or repaired by a third party. If you attempt to repair it yourself, the warranty at Hoang Hai Mobile will be considered to have ended.
- The device shows signs of falling to the ground or colliding with a hard object, causing the product to be deformed: dented, bent, warped, convex, scratched, broken, cracked, chipped, broken...
- The machine is penetrated by liquids such as water or chemicals, causing the product to become damp, moldy, rusty, or corroded, causing the litmus paper inside the machine to change color.
- No warranty for screen stripes and ink stains. If customers need, we will support replacement but customers need to pay for the cost of components.
- Dead pixels caused by aging of components during use are not covered by warranty.
- No warranty when iPhone, iPad is locked by customer's Apple iCloud account.
- Touch ID and Face ID are not covered under warranty if there are signs of water damage during use.
In case you are not honest when reporting the problem to the company and let Apple confirm the error is due to the user, please pay the shipping fee, vehicle cost to Apple store, and baito staff salary to Hoang Hai Mobile.
6. Warranty processing time
• 7 - 10 days (depending on Apple processing time).
• Note: Time may be longer for complex errors.
7. Other regulations
- For products with hard drive storage, we are not responsible for the loss of personal data in the device (documents, contacts, messages...) after the warranty is completed.
- If you need to back up your data, please do so before sending your device to Hoang Hai Mobile.
