Watch Warranty Policy at Hoang Hai Mobile
1. Warranty period
• 5-year warranty for all watch models sold at Hoang Hai Watch.
2. Warranty method
• Hoang Hai Watch will send the watch for warranty directly to the genuine manufacturer such as Citizen, Seiko, Orient,... and only warrants errors determined to be caused by the manufacturer.
3. Free warranty conditions at Hoang Hai Mobile
- You need to have the official WARRANTY CARD or BOOK from the company, with full and accurate information including: watch code, place of sale, date of purchase. The WARRANTY CARD or BOOK must be stamped by Hoang Hai company.
- The warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase stated on the WARRANTY CARD or BOOK.
- Free warranty only covers damages to the watch's internal components and machinery that are determined to be due to manufacturer error.
- Only new replacement warranty for internal components of the watch, not exchange for another watch.
4. Cases not covered by free warranty at Hoang Hai
1. The outside of the watch:
• Parts such as watch case, glass, watch strap, watch buckle are not warranted, unless there is a technical error notice from the manufacturer.
2. Improper use:
• Watch damaged by wearing in saunas, hot baths, or exposure to:
• Perfumes, cosmetics, chemicals, acids, highly corrosive detergents.
3. Unauthorized repair:
• The watch was repaired at addresses other than the manufacturer's designated warranty center.
4. Damage caused by external factors:
• Natural disasters, fires, floods, accidents or intentional damage.
5. Warranty processing time
• Normal warranty period: 1 - 2 weeks, depending on each company's process.
• In case the warranty lasts longer than 2 weeks, Hoang Hai Mobile commits to exchange a new product of equivalent value to ensure customer rights.
