| Why should you choose docomo calling sim?
|
Data charges are relatively cheap and the sim also has the function of making calls and receiving messages.

| SIM information
|
The SIM is a prepaid SIM, your account will be loaded with money for the network operator to deduct monthly fees (enough for the number of months of fees that you initially registered at Hoang Hai). In case the SIM incurs call charges, the network operator will deduct directly from the account.
When your account runs out of balance, you will need to pay the amount that the network operator sends a notice to you at the beginning of the month.

• No penalty for contract cancellation.

Usable Capacity
|
• High speed capacity: 33GB/month.
• After using up all 33GB, the SIM can still access the network at a slow speed of 128kb/s.
• This speed is suitable for texting using network connection applications, looking up trains.

SMS Function
|
• SIM receives SMS messages, convenient for confirming OTP codes or information from the network operator. (Some specialized APPs may not be able to register, for example Merukari, Paypay,...)

eSIM Function
|
• You can activate eSIM.
• If you have previously registered a Physical SIM, the fee to convert to eSIM is2,750¥

|

| Maintenance fee
|
• After using up the 12-month package, to continue using it, you need to pay a maintenance fee of: 3,350 ¥.

| Payment/ Renewal of Fee |
• At the beginning of the month, the network operator will send the payment bill via SMS and Mail, including the Smartpit code for payment at Combini.
• Payment time is from 1st to 6th. After 7th, the network will be cut off. If you pay the fee, the network will be restored. If you leave it for too long, it will be canceled and you will owe the network.
• Note: In case of re-activating sim after suspending service for about 3 days (not including Saturday, Sunday, and red calendar).

|

• Re-issuance time: 14 days.

| SIM contract
|
• If you want to cancel your SIM card within the month, please notify Hoang Hai before the 24th of the same month.
• You must pay off your network debt in full before you can cancel.
• You can only register again after 3 months from the date of cancellation of this type of SIM. (You can text Hoang Hai for support checking) |

| NOTE
|
• After purchasing the SIM, you need to text the Hoang Hai Connect fanpage for activation instructions.
• Customers with network outages are not affected. All can still register.
• Each card can only register 1 sim of each type (Can register all types of Hoang Hai calling sims).
• A registered SIM card of the same type at Hoang Hai can only be re-registered after 3 months if it has been previously cancelled.
• When not in use, you must notify in advance to cancel for free or you will be in debt to the network.
• There will be no ID account to log into the carrier app. If you want that ID account, you need to go directly to the carrier to register yourself.
