Laptop warranty policy


1. Trial policy

    • Applicable to used laptops.
    • Within 7 days of purchase, if you are not satisfied, you can:
    - Change to another laptop model.
    - Return and refund (customer pays shipping costs).

    2. Old laptop return policy

    • Within the first month, if you do not want to use or change to another product, Hoang Hai Mobile will take back the laptop at 80% of the product value.

    3. Warranty period

    • Laptop warranty 12 months.
    • Battery: 3 month warranty.
    • For old machines:
      - First month: Guaranteed battery life of at least 1 hour 30 minutes.
      - The following months: If the battery is under 30 minutes or cannot be charged, change the battery or change to a similar laptop model.

    4. Free warranty conditions at Hoang Hai Mobile

    • Laptop has errors determined by the manufacturer, hardware errors are covered by warranty.
    • Laptop is still under warranty. IMEI/ Serial number must be correct and purchased from Hoang Hai Mobile.
    • Laptop must be intact and not have been repaired by third parties.

    5. Cases not covered by free warranty at Hoang Hai Mobile

    • Laptop damaged by mechanical impact such as dropping, breaking, impact, scratches, dents, moisture, rust, or water leakage.
    • Laptop shows signs of damage due to rodents, insects, fire or natural disasters.
    • Laptop uses wrong power source, unstable input voltage. Screen is dented, broken, has stripes, spilled ink, or is impacted during transportation.
    • Customers are not allowed to disassemble or repair without permission.
    • No warranty for errors due to personal perception (such as small speakers, dim screen... when compared to other product lines).
    • No warranty if the product has a screen dot count that falls within the manufacturer's specifications.

    If you buy a used laptop, when receiving the product, you need to check the appearance of the product and the included accessories. If it is not the same as the ordered machine, you need to immediately report to the company for confirmation. Complaints will not be accepted the next day.

    6. Warranty process

    • Remote support:
    - Support via TeamViewer for basic errors.

    • If the hardware error cannot be resolved, you can send the device by post. Hoang Hai will check, process and send it back as soon as possible.
    • Shipping fee: Hoang Hai pays all.

    7. Warranty processing time

    • Normal warranty processing time: 5 - 7 days.

    8. Other regulations

    • Hoang Hai Mobile is not responsible for the warranty of software and data on the device.
    • Please backup your data before sending your device for warranty.
