Hoang Hai is recruiting a Marketing Manager. Working in this position, you will be responsible for all marketing activities of the brand. Job details are as below:

A. JOB DESCRIPTION

I. Professional work

1. Build a long-term marketing strategy that is consistent with brand orientation and market characteristics.

2. Build a comprehensive marketing plan, including but not limited to activities/platforms: Social, SEM, Event, PR, CSR...

3. Manage brand identity in a consistent and synchronous manner across online and offline channels.

4. Manage all online channels of the brand (Website, Facebook, Tiktok, Youtube).

5. Organize and coordinate the implementation of approved plans, ensuring creativity and efficiency.

6. Monitor and conduct periodic reports as well as report on the results of implemented campaigns.

7. Coordinate with other relevant individuals and departments to implement the most effective marketing strategies.

8. Perform other tasks as required by the Board of Directors.

II. Management responsibilities

1. Support recruitment and building of Marketing team

2. Professional training and organizational culture for the team

3. Ensure efficient workflow, maintain and motivate employees to develop

B. REQUIREMENTS

1. Age: 25 - 35 years old.

2. Graduated from business administration, marketing or related fields

3. Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and 1 year in a management position

4. Good communication skills, cheerful, sociable

5. Ability to work under high pressure, adapt quickly to change. Quick and professional style.

6. Priority is given to candidates with experience working in a startup environment.

C. OTHER RIGHTS AND PROVISIONS

1. Salary: Negotiable depending on the job position (Vietnam/Japan)

2. Year-end bonus based on company's business results

3. Salary increase once a year

4. Insurance policies according to state regulations (Japan/Vietnam)

5. Working hours: 10:00 - 19:00, Monday - Saturday (Japan time)
