Hoang Hai Mobile is recruiting for the position of Phone Repair Technician working at the Otsuka Tokyo office, Japan. (Accepting to guarantee technicians from Vietnam if their capacity is suitable). Details below:

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Receive the device, diagnose errors of iPhone and iPad models, clearly advise on repair directions and prices to the consultant.

2. Proceed with repairs when the customer agrees. Repair items include:

- Disassemble and replace components

- Press glass, replace screen

- Software error handling, Restore, Jailbreak, Unlock, game installation, application software upgrade...

- Check and ensure the quality of the machine after repair

3. Support other technical work at the store

REQUEST

1. Age: 20 - 27 years old.

2. Ability to integrate well into new environments, cheerful, open-minded, honest and sincere

3. Have at least 1 year of experience repairing high-end smartphones and tablets

4. Priority is given to those who know how to repair mainboards, replace ICs, CPUs, Flash...

5. Have a degree related to business/economics (to sponsor a visa)

6. Proficient in evaluation techniques, distinguishing genuine from fake goods, quickly diagnosing damage and having effective repair measures.

7. High sense of responsibility, progressive and desire to stay with the company long term

- Salary: Negotiable based on ability
