Currently, many customers have the need to sell new or old machines to upgrade their products, the machine purchasing market is very active. Hoang Hai Mobile is always ready to welcome customers. You can go directly to Hoang Hai Mobile stores or sell online if you are far away. Details are below:

I. FOR DIRECT SALES AT THE STORE

Currently, Hoang Hai Mobile has a chain of 5 stores located in major cities in Japan. Customers can go directly to one of the addresses below for advice on selling devices:

1. REGULATIONS FOR SELLING NEW DEVICES: SERIES IPHONE 16

a. REQUIRED documents

- Residence card (residence card/foreigner card) or driver's license in the owner's name.
In case of no documents, we will not accept the purchase.

- Bank card (same name as card) in case of payment by bank transfer.

b. Product FORM

- Intact from Apple Store.

- In case the box is scratched, dented, or the seal is torn: Deduct from 5,000¥ - 10,000¥ from the purchase price (depending on the condition)

- In case the device has been unboxed but not activated: Deduct 20,000¥ from the purchase price

- In case the network is international: Contact Hoang Hai Mobile's fanpage so that the staff can give you a direct quote.

c. Purchase price

- The purchase price may change hourly depending on the market situation, especially with newly launched iPhone models such as iPhone 16 Pro Max. Please pay close attention and continuously update the price on the website or Hoang Hai Mobile application. There will be cases where you have checked at home but when you come to the store, the price has changed. We hope you understand and sympathize!

d. PAYMENT METHODS

Cash or bank transfer within 3 weeks of sale. Details will be finalized at the time of sale.

Note: Only accept transfers through the main account (same name as the cardholder)

2. FOR OLD MACHINES

Hoang Hai Mobile staff will check the entire device and propose a purchase price. Only when you agree will the purchase be made.

II. FOR ONLINE MACHINE SALES

For the convenience of customers who live far away and want to sell their phones, Hoang Hai Mobile would like to inform you about the specific online phone purchasing process as below. Please read carefully to avoid any unnecessary problems.

1. REGULATIONS FOR SELLING NEW DEVICES: SERIES IPHONE 16

a. REQUIRED documents

- Photocopy of both sides of residence card (residence card/foreigner card) or driver's license with validity of more than 20 days
In case of no documents, we will not accept the purchase.

- Photo of bank card (must match the name on the card)

- Print the purchase receipt (PDF file Apple sends to the order email). Screenshots or paper receipts are not accepted when purchasing directly at an Apple store.
In case the machine does not have an invoice: deduct 5,000 yen from the purchase price

- Print the purchase order, fill in all information and sign. Download the file here

b. Product FORM

- Intact from Apple Store.

c. PACKING and SHIPPING

- It is MANDATORY to record a video of the packing (if there is no video, Hoang Hai will not be responsible if any problems occur). The package will include the phone to be sold and the required documents in section a.

- Send goods by TAKUBIN (customers are responsible for shipping costs), do not send envelopes because delivery time will be slow and goods can easily be lost.

d. Purchase price

The purchase price may change hourly depending on the market situation, and is continuously updated on the website or Hoang Hai Mobile application. In case of online sales, the price is applied at the time Hoang Hai receives the device (Based on the information in the post office's receipt bill)

e. Time and form of PAYMENT

- Machine inspection time is 1-2 days after receiving the goods.

- Payment time: within 3 weeks from the completion of machine inspection. (Note: if the payment date falls on the weekend, you will receive the money early next week)

2. FOR OLD MACHINES

You need to report the exact condition of the device so that Hoang Hai Mobile can give the most accurate price. The necessary information is as below:

- Product name

- Color

- Capacity

- Machine condition: Good or scratched. In case of scratches, please state the number of scratches and their location.

- Device type: International Apple or from carrier to international

- Battery status: Specific battery percentage

- Accessories included

Hoang Hai staff will re-check the device upon receiving it. If you report an incorrect actual price, the purchase price will change. If you do not agree with the purchase price, Hoang Hai will return the device intact.

Note: Hoang Hai Mobile does not accept the purchase of goods of unclear origin, showing signs of appropriation or illegality.
