In summary of 2023, when reviewing and analyzing customer satisfaction in all aspects of service, Hoang Hai found that the biggest limitation that makes customers dissatisfied comes from the warranty processing time. Because Hoang Hai always applies the genuine warranty policy, the warranty processing time depends 100% on the manufacturer and cannot be intervened. However, from the customer's side, long waiting times often lead to bad feelings about the brand.

With the desire to keep every experience HAPPY and affirm Hoang Hai's kind business culture, starting from January 1, 2024, Hoang Hai will officially apply special changes in the warranty policy, including: Resolving cases related to warranty processing time, as well as new points that the team finds will bring more privileges to Hoang Hai's customers. Specifically as below:

I. Free battery replacement policy for old iPhones

Understanding the concerns when choosing used products, Hoang Hai has successively launched many exclusive programs that no other brand can surpass. Starting from the 18-month warranty period, to the right to replace the battery for free for used iPhones. Accordingly:

+ All old iPhones purchased at Hoang Hai, as long as they are still under warranty (18 months), will receive one free battery replacement, regardless of the reason.
+ Out of warranty period: 30% discount when replacing battery at Hoang Hai

Note: Only applicable to iPhone purchased at Hoang Hai

II. Exchange policy for JBL speakers with warranty processing time exceeding 7 weeks

For JBL speakers purchased at Hoang Hai, within the warranty period (12 months), if the speaker has a defect confirmed by the manufacturer and has to wait up to 7 weeks for processing, customers have the right to request a free replacement.

III. Conditional exchange policy for watches with warranty processing time exceeding 7 weeks

For all watches purchased at Hoang Hai, If the watch has a confirmed error due to the manufacturer and has to wait up to 7 weeks for processing, based on the time of purchase, Hoang Hai will support customers to exchange for a new one specifically as follows:

- Within 6 months from date of purchase: Free exchange

- Within 6 months - 1 year from the date of purchase: Support for exchange, surcharge of 20% of product value

- Within 1 year - 2 years: No exchange support, please wait for the manufacturer to process the warranty.
