II. Ordering instructions
After successfully registering, you can place an order as follows:
1. Select the product you want to buy
There are 2 ways to find products as below:
Method 1: Click on the search bar at the top and enter the name of the product you are looking for. Note that if you use this method, you need to write the correct spelling.
Method 2: Search by category on the home page.
The image below Hoang Hai will illustrate by selecting the Wifi Sim category, the application will display all Wifi Sim products being sold at Hoang Hai.
Then, click on the funnel icon as shown below to use the filter to filter out products according to the criteria you want. (Filter by brand, product type, price range, branches in stock...)
2. Add products to cart
After selecting the product you want to buy, click to see detailed information of the product. If you decide to buy, click Add to cart
After clicking Add to cart, the cart icon on the right corner of the screen will turn red. Click on the cart icon and review the products you have added to the cart, then click Checkout.
3. Enter order information
The information required to place an order includes address, shipping & payment method, notes and discount code if any
3.1 Enter shipping address
Click on the delivery address and you will be able to choose to pick up the goods at Hoang Hai branches that still have the goods in stock, or have them delivered to your desired address.
If you want home delivery, click on add new address and fill in all required information.
Continue clicking on the newly created address, the screen will display the order detail page again to update the next information.
3.2 Choose shipping and payment method
Depending on the product, there will be different payment methods. For example, with Sim, you will have options such as Daibiki (receive goods and pay), hand-delivered envelope, and boxed envelope. For high-value items, you will receive free shipping if you transfer money in advance.
In addition, you can add notes about the receiving time or request gift wrapping... Note that registering a receiving time does not apply to envelope shipping.
4. Order
After checking the information and total amount, continue to click the Order button.
So you have successfully placed your order, the screen will display the order number. In case of bank transfer, please scroll down, Hoang Hai has provided account information in Japan as well as in Vietnam.
5. Upload the remittance receipt
In case you choose the transfer method, after transferring, please access the application again to upload the transfer receipt photo to the correct order. How to access again as follows:
Click on Account => Orders => Select the order you want to attach a receipt to => Click Attach receipt
So you have completed placing an order on the Hoang Hai Mobile application. When the order is sent, you will receive a notification in the application and can track the order through the post office's update, by:
Go back to Orders => select Shipped => click on the order => click on Track
