I. Information to prepare before calling to cancel the contract
- Phone number when registering for fixed wifi
- My Softbank account number (S SID number): This is the code provided by the network operator after successfully registering for fixed wifi, usually sent with the paper contract.

II. Steps to cancel fixed wifi contract via phone
Step 1 : Call Softbank's hotline at: 080-0111-2009
You will hear instructions to press the number keys to get support for the corresponding service. Accordingly, you press key 3 to go to the fixed wifi support portal, continue to press key 2 to go to the wifi cancellation support portal.

Step 2: Enter the phone number when registering for wifi and press the # key. The operator will ask you to confirm the phone number you just entered.
- If the phone number is correct: Press 1
- If you accidentally entered the wrong phone number and want to re-enter: Press 5

Step 3: Enter the last 4 digits of your my Softbank account (S SID number ) prepared above and press the # key. The operator will ask for confirmation.
- If the SSID number is entered correctly: Press 1
- If the SSID number is entered incorrectly and you want to re-enter: Press 5

Step 4: Wait for the network operator to answer the phone to confirm personal information and discuss related issues. Below is the information that the network operator usually asks when customers want to cancel the contract:
- Name, date of birth, registered phone number
- Current address, where you are using fixed wifi
- Reason for wanting to cancel the contract

2. Return the device to the carrier
