Customers who buy monthly data SIM cards at Hoang Hai Mobile please pay the network fee according to the regulations. In case you do not pay the fee on time, affecting your personal work, Hoang Hai will not be responsible at all.

I. Payment deadline

- You will need to pay the following month's fee on the 18th-23rd of each month. Otherwise, the network will be temporarily cut off on the 24th. (Average time to reopen the network: 2-3 days)

- If you do not pay by the 26th, your service will be permanently canceled.

Note: If you do not use the SIM anymore, you must notify us in advance so that you can use it for the rest of the month, otherwise it will still be cut off from the 24th.

II. Instructions for paying fees via FamilyMart

To pay monthly fee at combini, you need a 13-digit smartpit code. Hoang Hai staff will provide this code after you text the fanpage.
