Hoang Hai Mobile is currently implementing the Collaborator program (CTV) with two forms: Affiliate and Referral Code , providing an opportunity to earn extra income easily and transparently.

I. Benefits of the Affiliate Program

1. Affiliate:

- When a customer places an order through your link and the order is successfully delivered (no cancellation/refund within 10 days of delivery), you will be confirmed for your commission.

-The total confirmed commission for the month will be paid on the 10th of the following month.

- Commission levels depend on the product and are clearly displayed in the application.

2. Referral Code :

- Each approved affiliate will receive a separate referral code.

- When a new user creates an account, enters your referral code, and places any order, you will receive 500 Yen referral bonus .

II. How to register for the Affiliate program

Step 1: Open the application => go to Account, you will see the Register for a collaborator account section.

Step 2: Click on register for a collaborator account , you will see the Name and email are automatically filled in. If you want to use a different email to receive related information, change it here and click Next .

Step 3: Click on Add promotional accounts. You need to provide links to the accounts that will be used to promote Hoang Hai's products and services here. You can choose channels such as Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube.

You can add more than 1 account by clicking on Add promotion account and doing the same.

Example of how to get Tiktok account link: Go to the account page, click on the arrow in the right corner, above the screen => Click copy link (Refer to the image below)

Step 4: Upload a photo of your foreigner ID card (2 sides). Hoang Hai only uses it for account verification purposes and is committed to protecting the confidentiality of your information.

Step 5: Enter your bank account information (will be used to pay commissions later). Then click Submit Registration and Confirm .

Step 6: After completing the registration, go to the Account section and you will see the Collaborator Information section. Click on this section and you will see the information you entered in the steps above. The status will display Approving .

Step 7. Once your registration is approved, you will receive an in-app notification as well as an email. When you go to your Account, you will see the Affiliate Program section. Here, you can:

III. How to deploy Affiliate and Referral Code.

1. View products applicable to the Affiliate program:

After being approved as an affiliate, you will be able to see the products that are applying the program as well as the commission of that product. To see all the products that are applying the program, go to the home page of the application, scroll down to find the Affiliate Program, click See more to see all.

2. Get product link

You can get the product link to promote right on the product list page or product detail page (See image below)

When using this link to promote, you will be able to track the number of orders purchased, the number of orders successfully delivered and the corresponding commission.

3. How to get referral code

For the Referral Code program, go to the Affiliate Information section, copy your code. When relatives and friends want to create an account on the Hoang Hai Mobile application, remind them to enter your code during the registration process so that you can receive commissions later.

Please note that valid commissions are only calculated when the account you refer generates orders.
