Using SIM data is one of the most convenient ways to help you access the Internet anytime, anywhere, without having to depend on external network sources. The way to set up SIM configuration is also relatively simple, but must follow the instructions of each network operator. Below are detailed instructions on how to set up Docomo SIM configuration:
Note: Must be done in a place with wifi

1. FOR IPHONE

Step 1 : Insert Docomo data SIM into the phone and check the signal bar.

- Case 1: The signal column displays normally => proceed to the next step.

- Case 2: Signal column is not displayed => Try re-inserting the SIM. If it still does not display, please contact Hoang Hai Mobile staff for support.

Step 2: Check configuration

- Case 1: The device does not have a SIM configuration => proceed to step 3

- Case 2: The device already has a previous SIM configuration => proceed to delete the old configuration:
Go to Settings => General Settings => VPN & Device Management => Select the configuration profile you want to delete => Delete profile

Step 3 : Download SIM configuration

- For Docomo 5G, 10G Sim purchased from December 2023: Click this link to download configuration

- For Docomo 1G, 3G SIM, click this link to download the configuration

- For Docomo 3G, 5G Sim activated after 11/1/2025, click this link to load configuration

When the prompt appears as below, click "Allow"

Step 4: Configure settings

4.1. Return to main screen

4.2. Select Settings => General Settings => VPN & Device Management

4.3. In the "Downloaded configuration" section

Select configuration name: HOANG HAI MOBILE S-WING APN

4.4. Click Settings in the upper right corner of the screen

4.5. Enter your phone's password (if any) and continue to press Settings

4.6. Continue to click Install again, then click Done on the top right of the screen to complete the installation.

Step 5: Turn off wifi and wait for the device to load the network for a few minutes.

2. FOR ANDROID PHONES

Step 1: Go to MOBILE NETWORK -> APN ACCESS POINT NAME:

Step 2: Create a new one with the configuration below (note to lowercase the parameters)

*For 1G, 3G SIMs

- Name: APN M3

- APN: mmtmobile.jp

- Username: mmt@mmtlink

- Password: mmt

Authentication Type: CHAP

*For 5G, 10G Sim

- Name: APN M4

- APN: mmtmobile.jp

- Username: mmt@mmtnet

- Password: mmt

Authentication Type: CHAP

*For 3G, 5G Sims Activated after November 1, 2025

- Name: HOANG HAI MOBILE
- APN: cmlink.com
- Username: cmjp@cmlink.com
- Password: cmlink
(Note: all lowercase)

- Authentication Type: PAP or CHAP
- APN type: default, supl, ia
