Hoang Hai is recruiting a Tiktok team leader. Working in this position, you will be responsible for inheriting and developing Tiktok channels for the company. Job details are as below:

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Develop a long-term strategy to build the company's 5 Tiktok channels, with expected topics as below:

- Sharing life in Japan (existing channel, need to inherit): https://www.tiktok.com/@hoanghaishare

- Information related to technology products (existing channel, need to inherit) : https://www.tiktok.com/@hoanghaimobilejapan

- Computer (Need to build new)

- Airline tickets (Need to build new)

- Clock (Need to build new)

In case after market research, you find that you should move on to other related topics, but still complement the above fields, you can discuss and advise your direct manager further.

2. Support recruitment of members of the Tiktok development department, expected to include positions in charge of ideas, filming, and editing.

3. Coordinate the work of employees under management, make a total of 5 videos/day corresponding to 5 channels. Work includes but is not limited to:

- Video script development: Requires creativity, attraction, trendiness, in line with the long-term strategy, and suitable for the representative faces of each channel.

- Shoot videos based on developed scripts.

- Video production orientation suitable for Vietnamese tastes in Japan.

4. Ensure video production is on schedule, according to the company's plan and direction.

5. Continuously update new Tiktok trends to apply to the company's products.

6. Coordinate with the sales department to cleverly integrate product introductions, however the company does not focus on direct conversion but always prioritizes creativity.

7. Support the production of other videos for the company when requested (5-10%).

REQUEST

1. Age: 22 - 30 years old

2. Have experience successfully developing Tiktok channels for 1 year or more

3. Good thinking, quickly grasp customers' needs and interests to convey through content

4. Enthusiastic, proactive in work, quick learner and eager to learn

5. Ability to work under high pressure, adapt quickly to change. Respect work deadlines

6. Creative, rich in ideas, humorous thinking

7. Priority is given to those with knowledge of technology products

8. Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with relevant departments
