Hoang Hai is recruiting a Marketing staff. Working in this position, you will be responsible for all marketing activities of the brand. In addition to professional skills, a good attitude, enthusiasm for work and a high learning spirit are the main requirements of this position.
Job details are as below:

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Support marketing planning management including online and offline campaigns, CSR, events, fanpage development plans...

2. Implement activities according to approved plan

3. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of deployed campaigns

4. Manage the company's marketing channel system: Facebook fanpage, website, Youtube, Tiktok

5. Write content suitable for each platform: Social, blog website...

6. Work closely with relevant individuals/departments (designers, product managers...) to ensure campaigns are implemented on time and with the highest efficiency.

7. Support updating, changing content, images and some basic features of the website

8. Conduct periodic marketing reports

9. Other tasks as required by the department head

REQUEST

1. Age: 22 - 28 years old.

2. Have at least 1 year of experience working in a related position

3. Good thinking, quickly grasp customer needs and new marketing trends

4. Enthusiastic, proactive in work, quick learner and eager to learn

5. Ability to work under high pressure, adapt quickly to change. Respect work deadlines

6. Have knowledge of content marketing and good writing skills

7. Good use of office software

8. Priority is given to those with knowledge of technology products. Ensure a clear understanding of the company's business products.

9. Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with relevant departments

OTHER BENEFITS AND PROVISIONS

1. Salary: 12,000,000 - 18,000,000

2. Year-end bonus based on company's business results

3. Salary increase once a year

5. Working hours: 10:00 - 19:00, Monday - Saturday (Japan time)
