JOB DESCRIPTION

I. Participate in customer consultation directly and by phone

1. Welcome and assist customers when they come to visit and shop at the store

2. Introduce and advise customers on product features, usage, promotional and warranty information, after-sales service and other product information suitable to customers' needs. (Products include but are not limited to: electronic devices, phones, laptops, watches, sim cards, wifi...)

3. Check machines and equipment, support customers with installation.

II. Related procedures and activities

1. Print/write invoices every morning

2. Participate in packaging and packing

3. Process orders with customers and post offices (lost goods, address changes, return orders...)

4. Bring the product to the manufacturer for warranty

5. Livestream (Not required but priority is given to candidates with the ability to livestream sales)

6. Take photos of the device and support the online team to advise customers

7. Responsible for displaying and decorating products in the store

8. Other tasks as required by the department head

REQUEST

1. Age: 20 - 27 years old.

2. Gender: Male, Female

3. Japanese communication N2 (priority given to those with certificate)

4. Good communication and consulting skills, cheerful and open

5. Good-looking, friendly appearance

6. Priority is given to those with experience as a sales staff. If not, training will be provided.

7. Enthusiastic, proactive in work, quick learner and eager to learn.

8. Ability to work under high pressure, adapt quickly to change. Quick and professional style.

9. Priority is given to those with knowledge of technology products. Ensure a clear understanding of the company's business products.

10. Progressive and have a desire to stay with the company long term

INTEREST

1. Year-end bonus based on company's business results

6. Salary:
- Official: 6 sessions/week: 23 man
