With the increasing number of employees, Hoang Hai Mobile is in need of recruiting a Human Resources Manager with extensive work experience, who will undertake tasks related to recruitment, training, salary calculation, policy development, and benefits for all employees in the company. In addition, building programs that contribute to internal cohesion and maintaining corporate culture in line with the company's direction.

Location details are below:

JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for all HR department work: Recruitment, training, C&B. Specifically:

1. Participate in building processes and forms, drafting documents related to HR department activities (employee handbooks, training materials, notices...)
2. Propose to develop policies, welfare regimes, salary and reward policies, regulations, rules, and performance evaluation (KPI)
3. Responsible for recruitment: Coordinate with department heads to complete JD, post job postings, filter CVs, schedule interviews, send offers, guide new employees to accept the job and handle employee termination procedures.

4. Check and monitor the attendance and working hours of all employees. Manage leave, compensatory leave, overtime and other regimes according to the company's regulations. Calculate salary, send salary slips, carry out salary and bonus payment procedures monthly and on holidays and Tet.
5. Complete documents and procedures with the Social Insurance agency for employees to participate and enjoy social insurance and health insurance regimes according to regulations. Monitor and update data on increases and decreases and compare with the Social Insurance agency monthly.
6. Make a list of employees who must pay income tax, write invoices to collect personal income tax for employees (if any).
7. Update legal regulations on regimes, policies, and salaries to promptly supplement and amend regimes in accordance with legal regulations.
8. Monitor and update employee list and organizational chart when there are changes.
9. Organize, store, arrange and update records (salary, promotion, salary increase proposal, disciplinary salary reduction, handover records upon termination of employment) and other related documents.
10. Propose internal programs to enhance employee engagement and ensure a friendly and professional working environment.
11. Answer all questions related to salary policy, benefits, and other related issues.
12. Recruitment index analysis report, weekly and monthly work report
13. Other professional tasks as required by direct manager


REQUEST

1. Age: 26 - 35 years old.
2. Graduated from human resource management, law, finance, or related fields.
3. Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of human resources and 2 years in a management position. Priority is given to candidates who have worked in companies with 50 or more employees.
4. Proficient in office software
5. Understand Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, Personal Income Tax Law.
6. Ability to work under high pressure, adapt quickly to new environments. Quick and professional style.
7. Priority is given to candidates with experience in building processes and policies from scratch.
8. Understanding and passion for people management

TERMS & BENEFITS
1. Salary: 350,000 Yen (including tax, insurance...)
2. 13th month salary and year-end bonus based on company's business results
Salary increase once a year
3. Health insurance and social insurance policies according to state regulations
4. Working hours: 8:00 - 17:00, Monday to Saturday. Lunch break: 12:00 - 13:00
