On April 6, 2025, the tournament celebrating the 9th anniversary of the company's founding " HOANG HAI KANTO CUP 2025" took place with great success and left unforgettable echoes in the hearts of the Vietnamese community in Japan.
Closing an emotional day of competition with 32 teams, hundreds of players, and thousands of enthusiastic spectators - this year's tournament is not only a sports festival, but also a vivid demonstration of the spirit of solidarity and unity of the Vietnamese community in Japan.
More than just a sports tournament
From early morning, hundreds of players, fans and staff of Hoang Hai were present at the stadium with careful preparation and full of enthusiasm. Each group was clearly divided, each match was meticulously scheduled, the logistics… All were prepared as carefully as possible by Hoang Hai.
More than just a sports tournament, HOANG HAI KANTO CUP 2025 aims to create a positive playground - where the Vietnamese community abroad can gather, connect and together spread the love of compatriots, brotherhood, and above all, national pride.
Warrior Nguyen Duy Hung – the silent torch bearer
Among the hundreds of people who contributed to the success of this year's tournament, we cannot fail to mention Mr. Nguyen Duy Hung - Not only stopping at the role of organizer, he also participated in the official competition lineup of Hoang Hai Watch FC .
From the first days of planning, preparing logistics, coordinating the field, to taking care of every little detail for the tournament - Mr. Hung was always the first to arrive and the last to leave the field. Despite the stressful schedule and many times being exhausted due to pressure, he still made constant efforts to bring a well-prepared and emotional season to the community. With a persistent fighting spirit and unyielding will, he and his teammates brought Hoang Hai Watch FC to the quarter-finals.
Mr. Nguyen Duy Hung is the representative image of the spirit of “burning oneself out” for the community, for passion, and for the collective. I would like to send my most sincere thanks to him – a silent but intense torchbearer in Hoang Hai’s 9-year journey.
Unforgettable moments
From the long-range shots that burned the net, the breathtaking saves, to the handshakes between the two teams after the match – all created a beautiful picture of true sportsmanship: fair competition, dedication and always respect for the opponent. All the players took to the field with burning hearts – playing beautifully, playing with all their heart, and playing for the flag and colors of their beloved team.
The exciting group stage, the tense knockout round, and the thrilling final match between HAI DUONG FC and ISC FC on the 3-a-side pitch pushed the audience's emotions to the peak. Although they were behind 0-2 in the first half against strong opponent ISC FC, few expected Hai Duong FC to turn the tables. But with their bravery and unyielding spirit, Hai Duong FC equalized 2-2 in the second half and won the Hoang Hai Kanto Cup 2025 championship after a thrilling penalty shootout.
